Biography
Dr Abdolreza Alami is currently serving as the Co-founder director of Asia West East Centre (Asia WE) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
He is a scholar with a PhD in Media and Communication Studies from the University of Malaya, Malaysia, as well as a Master's degree in Political Sciences from Azad University, Iran.
He has held various positions, including Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at IIUM (International Islamic University Malaysia) and Kharazmi University in Iran. His areas of expertise include media and communications studies, particularly new media and political communications, political science, and regional studies, with a focus on Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
He has authored and edited numerous academic articles, books, conference papers, and media articles on various topics related to his areas of expertise.
